Waking up early cannot guarantee success: Report

A Conversation report by University of Tübingen's Professor Christoph Randler revealed that waking up early doesn't guarantee success, and people perform best when their daily schedules align with their individual biological rhythm or chronotype. He said evening-oriented people struggle in morning systems because their peak alertness happens later. Genetics play a role in chronotype.
