Trailers containing Tesla's car and home batteries worth millions have been stolen 11 times since last December, according to sheriff's records seen by WIRED. The trailers were allegedly stolen directly from loading docks at the company's US facilities. Criminals reportedly exploited gaps in security protocols and used fake IDs to carry out the thefts.
