At least 32 people have been killed and over 700 injured after two back-to-back earthquakes measuring 7.2 and 7.5 magnitude struck Venezuela. Videos from the country showed emergency workers searching for survivors in the debris of collapsed buildings. A resident of Venezuela's capital, Caracas, said that when they went downstairs after the earthquake, the scene looked “like a horror movie.”
