Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelenskyy's "victory plan" is pushing NATO towards direct war, Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova said on Wednesday. Zelenskyy's plan, which he presented before the Ukrainian parliament, proposed that Ukraine sign an agreement with the US, EU and other allies that would allow for joint investments and use of Ukraine's natural resources.
