The number of dengue cases in Bengaluru has breached the 2,000-mark. The most number of cases have been recorded in Mahadevapura zone at 610. It is followed by Bengaluru East (578) and Bengaluru South (325). Meanwhile, Bommanahalli has recorded 205 dengue cases. Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (BBMP) Chief Commissioner Tushar Giri Nath said dengue cases peaked in June this year.
