Engineer-turned-farmer Sanjeev Kumar, popularly known as Bihar's 'Mushroom Man', has trained over 50,000 men and women in mushroom cultivation, helping them earn sustainable livelihoods. He has also provided technical support for setting up controlled-environment mushroom production units in Bihar and Jharkhand. Kumar believes mushroom farming can provide rural families with additional income.
