Delhi schools to remain closed on September 11 for BRICS Summit

All schools in Delhi will remain closed on September 11 in view of the upcoming BRICS Summit 2026, according to an official circular from the Directorate of Education. Earlier, the Delhi government declared September 11 a holiday for all its offices, autonomous bodies, and PSUs. BRICS Summit is scheduled to be held on September 12 and 13 at Bharat Mandapam.
