PVR Inox faces allegations of employees receiving kickbacks from developers

Multiplex operator PVR INOX is facing allegations that certain employees received kickbacks from developers involved in building its cinema properties. The allegations centre on former growth and investment CEO Pramod Arora, with payments reportedly made over several years and potentially totalling ₹200 crore. Arora resigned from the company in May 2026.
