North Korea on Thursday released new images of its first nuclear-powered submarine. The pictures showed North Korean leader Kim Jong-un inspecting the guided-missile submarine at an indoor construction facility. The state media said the vessel has a displacement of 8,700 tons, making it equal in size to most of the nuclear-powered attack submarines in the US fleet.
