Top executives at several IT firms said they may reinforce POSH (Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013) redressal mechanisms among employees in the coming weeks, Moneycontrol reported. This comes in the wake of the recent sexual abuse and conversion case at TCS' office in Nashik. Six male employees were arrested in the matter.
