Amid end-of-year holidays, psychologist Dr Pragya Rashmi warned about 'hangxiety'. The impact of hangxiety on mood is deeper, marked by heightened anxiety. Sharing tips, Rashmi suggested to limit alcohol intake, avoid mixing different types of alcohol, replace alcoholic drinks with water, eat balanced meals, engage in physical activity, practise relaxation techniques and ensure adequate rest.
