Luiza Rozova, believed to be the secret daughter of Russian President Vladimir Putin, has apologised for war in Ukraine after being confronted by a Ukrainian journalist on the streets of Paris. "Three weeks ago, your father killed my brother. Say something," the journalist had said. "I'm really sorry this is happening. Unfortunately, I'm not responsible for this situation," Rozova replied.
