As many as 25 wagons of a goods train derailed near Mathura in Uttar Pradesh, affecting rail traffic. Agra Division's DRM, Tej Prakash Agrawal, said, "The up-down and third line traffic is closed...traffic on the fourth line is operational." The goods train was heading to Suratgarh Power Plant in Rajasthan.
