Google has sued an alleged cybercrime network accused of using AI tools, including Gemini, to run fraudulent text-message campaigns targeting Americans. The developers behind a group known as "Outside Enterprise," allegedly created fake government and brand websites to steal personal and financial information. Google is also working with the FBI and telecom providers to block the texts.
