Allahabad HC slams UP Police for unlawful detention of Noida man

The Allahabad High Court declared the pre-arrest detention of Noida resident Deepak unlawful, ordering his release. A bench criticised Noida ACP Kamlesh Kant and IO Anuj Kumar as 'highly ignorant' of BNSS procedures. The court directed UP's DGP to improve police training on civil liberties and arrest protocols.
