US COVID chief raised miscarriage risks from vaccine in private chats, told public 'no red flags'

He discussed the issue with ex-CDC director Rochelle Walensky and ex-Surgeon General Vivek Murthy. However, he publicly reassured that over 10,000 pregnant women had received vaccines and there were "no red flags".
