Property prices in Abu Dhabi are witnessing their biggest-ever recorded drops amid Middle East war, real estate listing tracker Panic Selling reported. The price of a four-bedroom, 8,395-sqft villa on Al-Jubail island was cut by AED 2.9 million (₹7.3 crore) in an hour. In the same hour, a two-bedroom's price at Louvre Abu Dhabi was cut by $436,000 (₹4 crore).
