Kotak Mahindra Bank has begun succession planning after MD & CEO Ashok Vaswani indicated he will not seek another term beyond December 31, 2026, Moneycontrol reported. Whole-time directors Paritosh Kashyap and Anup Saha are among the leading contenders to succeed him. The bank is expected to submit a tentative list of candidates to the RBI by early August.
