Amagi Media Labs' IPO, which aims to raise ₹1,788.62 crore, opened for public subscription on Tuesday. The IPO consists of fresh issue of ₹816 crore and an Offer-for-Sale of ₹972.62 crore. Price band has been set at ₹343-₹361 per share, and retail investors can apply for minimum of 41 shares. The current grey market premium suggests listing gains of 6%.
