Walls had cracks, area was never inspected for safety: Delhi building collapse survivor

Ankit, a survivor of the Delhi building collapse that claimed seven lives, said the building had started developing cracks and there was frequent waterlogging in the basement. He stated that the food and overall condition of his PG were poor. Ankit added that the area, which has a high population of college students, was never inspected for safety.
