A minor boy has been arrested in Hathras for allegedly killing a 9-year-old around two months ago, believing this would lead to the closure of boarding school, allowing him to return home. The 13-year-old accused confessed to the crime when the police were conducting interviews with other students. The accused admitted to strangling the boy with a towel.
