Tragedy unfolded during a religious play in Kanpur, a 14-year old boy allegedly slit the throat of an another minor while portraying Goddess Kali.The incident happened on Wednesday in Bhambhiyapur village.The incident occurred during a Bhagwat Katha event at Subhash Saini residence in the village, Bilhaur area.
