WPL should be called 'WIPL': Diana Edulji

Former India Women captain Diana Edulji said the Women's Premier League (WPL) should be renamed the 'Women's Indian Premier League (WIPL)'. "Being called WIPL will have an Indianness to it; it's owned by us. It can then be shown as a complete Indian tournament," she explained. "Even in the West Indies, it's called the Women's Caribbean Premier League," Edulji added.
