Can one be jailed for abusive language?

A zero FIR has been filed against a woman for allegedly abusing PM Narendra Modi during a CJP protest. The BNS doesn't criminalise every instance of abusive language. However, under Section 352, intentionally insulting someone in a way likely to provoke a breach of peace or another offence is punishable with up to two years' imprisonment, a fine, or both.
