Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman pointed towards the Animation, Visual Effects, Gaming, and Comics sector while speaking about the 'Orange Economy'. She said, "India's [AVGC] sector's...projected to require 2 million professionals by 2030." She proposed supporting Mumbai's Indian Institute of Creative Technologies to set up AVGC Content Creator Labs in 15,000 secondary schools and 500 colleges.
