The Burman family, promoters of Dabur India, is exploring a majority stake sale in Lite Bite Foods, the parent company of restaurant chain Punjab Grill, Moneycontrol reported, citing sources. Investment bank Investec is advising on the potential deal, with private equity firms expected to show interest. Lite Bite Foods operates 19 owned and five managed brands across India and overseas.
