Twisha Sharma's husband Samarth Singh was interrogated for nearly 10 hours over three days. Samarth reportedly told the police about their troubled relationship but denied assaulting her. On abortion, Samarth claimed that he wanted to become a father, but Twisha had been distressed since conceiving. He added that he gave her ₹7 lakh. He claimed Twisha suffered from Bipolar Disorder.
