Mumbai BJP chief Ashish Shelar reacted to the transfer of Maharashtra DGP Rashmi Shukla by the EC (Election Commission) ahead of polls. MVA should make it clear now if EC is fair, Shelar said. "They demanded her transfer and it was done, so EC is fair today. Tomorrow, if something happens against their wish, it is biased," he added.
