A 17-year-old boy confessed to killing his mother after misleading his father, an assistant scientist, and the police for days claiming that she died due to an accidental fall in Uttar Pradesh's Gorakhpur, officials said. The incident, which took place on December 3, occurred during a money dispute between them. Police allegedly recovered large amounts of cash from boy's room.
