Tamil Nadu CM Vijay has appointed astrologer Rickey Radhan Pandit Vettrivel as Officer on Special Duty to the CM (Political). Born in Erode, Vettrivel has over four decades of experience in Vedic astrology, meditation-based guidance and numerology. He described Vijay's horoscope as possessing "tsunami-like" political strength. He also claims he predicted Jayalalithaa's victory in 1991 elections.
