Congress' Rahul Gandhi reacted after video showed Delhi minister Parvesh Verma slapping a man filming him during a road inspection. "These people do this because they no longer fear that elections can remove them...This is face of power that no longer fears voters," Rahul said. Verma responded and said, "Rahul bhai...you just stay out of it...you don't know a thing."
