Cyclone Arnab likely to form, IMD shares warning

Cyclone Arnab is likely to develop from a depression over the Bay of Bengal, according to the IMD. The system is expected to intensify and make landfall along the north Andhra Pradesh-south Odisha coast between September 23 and 24.
