CBI says ex-judge & Twisha's mother-in-law may influence trial in MP, seeks case transfer

The CBI has backed the request of Twisha Sharma's father to transfer the trial of his daughter's dowry death case to Delhi. It told the Supreme Court that Twisha's mother-in-law Giribala Singh, a former judge, may influence the trial and intimidate witnesses in MP. Twisha died by suicide after allegedly facing harassment from both her husband and mother-in-law.
