Salesforce has committed to hiring 1,000 AI-native freshers to prove that AI isn't upending human employees. The hiring program will fast-track AI-native talent into hands-on, high-impact positions across engineering, product, sales and more. Salesforce estimated that freshers using AI are likely to work 3x faster than legacy managers and drive a 40% increase in work quality.
