NSE has reached out to existing shareholders seeking their expression of interest (EoI) to sell equity shares via an offer for sale (OFS) in its upcoming IPO. Shareholders will be eligible to tender shares in the IPO if they are fully paid-up and have been held since June 15, 2025. The deadline to submit the EoI is April 27, 2026.
