The Biju Janata Dal (BJD) won't support the INDI alliance's no-confidence motion against Rajya Sabha chairman Jagdeep Dhankhar, party MP Niranjan Bishi said. His comment came days after BJD chief and ex-Odisha CM Naveen Patnaik said the party was "examining" the development. The Opposition submitted a notice to move a no-confidence motion after accusing Dhankhar of engaging in "partisan" conduct.
