Scotland, Northern Ireland, Wales sign agreement in 1st step towards independence from UK

The leaders of Scotland, Northern Ireland, and Wales signed a landmark memorandum of understanding, which is first step towards initiating independence from UK. The leaders said they believe "future of our nations belongs in European Union". "Each of our nations has right to determine own future, through democratic means and in accordance with wishes of its people," the agreement said.
