AAP MP Raghav Chadha, while speaking in Parliament, asked the government whether they are working on a compensation framework for passengers affected by flight delays. "One extra kilogram of baggage and airline bills you exorbitantly. But four hours of flight delay and airline owes you nothing," Chadha said.
