Man held for carrying gun at venue of PM Modi's event wanted to 'impress family': Police

After 24-year-old Rohan Parekh and his bodyguard were detained for carrying a gun at a venue where PM Narendra Modi was scheduled to attend an event, police said the accused was carrying a fake ID. Police said that to impress his family, he showed a fake ID card which he claimed was issued by the PMO.
