Three Wisconsin residents have filed a class-action lawsuit against Microsoft, alleging non-stop noise from its $7.3-billion AI data centre in Mount Pleasant. The residents said the noise from diesel generators and HVAC systems resembles a freight train engine running continuously. Microsoft said it had implemented noise mitigation measures and remains committed to being a "good neighbour".
