Rajesh Yabaji, Co-founder and CEO of Zinka Logistics Solutions, received 5.85 million shares worth ₹160 crore as a gift in October, Moneycontrol reported citing regulatory filings. The share transfer by investors and co-founders made Yabaji the single largest shareholder in the firm with a 14.45% stake (pre-IPO). Zinka, which runs digital trucking platform BlackBuck, opened its IPO on Wednesday.
