ONGC receives US clearance to continue operations in Venezuela

ONGC's overseas arm ONGC Videsh received clearance from US' Office of Foreign Assets Control to continue its operations in Venezuela. The firm will now have to conclude a framework agreement with Venezuela's government to finalise its future investment plans. "Once the agreement is signed, there will be visibility on capex," ONGC Chairman and Managing Director Arun Kumar Singh said.
