EY to give ₹950 crore in bonuses to US employees who show human skills

EY's US division has announced a $100 million (around ₹950 crore) initiative to reward employees who demonstrate human skills such as business acumen and adaptability. Individuals and teams whose work makes a material difference to the firm can receive cash awards of up to $25,000 (about ₹23 lakh), WSJ reported. The initiative will also recognise employees who experiment with AI.
