India now contributes less than 12% of OYO-parent Prism's revenue, while US has emerged as its largest market, according to company's updated draft red herring prospectus. US accounted for ₹12,022.51 crore, or 52% of global bookings, followed by Europe at ₹4,039.11 crore, underscoring OYO's growing dependence on overseas markets. India contributed ₹2,731.71 crore, or 11.91% of global bookings.
