Zetwerk files updated draft IPO papers, to raise up to ₹2,600 crore

Contract manufacturing platform Zetwerk has filed its Updated Draft Red Herring Prospectus (UDRHP), bringing it closer to its proposed IPO. The company plans to raise up to ₹2,600 crore through a fresh issue, alongside an offer for sale of up to 96.84 million shares. Promoters Amrit Pratik Acharya and Srinath Ramakkrushnan will each sell up to 14.23 million shares.
