Detonators topped the list of stolen explosives, RTI data from Ministry of Commerce's Petroleum & Explosives Safety Organization (PESO) said. While Agra's PESO unit revealed 61,311 stolen detonators, it did not specify the time period of the theft. PESO officials from Mangaluru and Kolkata labelled the data "sensitive" and said it falls out of the scope of the RTI Act.
