Every Northeast family in Delhi is asking, are we safe here: Rahul on Manipur musician's death

Rahul Gandhi has condemned the death of Manipuri musician C Vikram Singh, who succumbed to injuries after delivery boys and dhaba staff assaulted him in Delhi's Kilokari village. "A father, killed outside his own home, in his own country's capital...every Northeast family in Delhi is asking the same question today – are we safe here?" he asked.
