US President-elect Donald Trump moved around $4 billion stake he owns in Trump Media & Technology, Truth Social’s parent company, to a revocable trust of which he is the sole beneficiary. Trump transferred 114.75 million shares, which is 53% of the company's stock, as a “bona fide gift” to his trust, according to the US Securities and Exchange Commission's filing.
