The Sports Ministry notified operational rules for the National Sports Tribunal (NST) and National Sports Board (NSB). It said a dedicated portal will be set up for submitting disputes and maintaining legal records. The NSB will oversee recognition, compliance and governance standards, while NST rules have incorporated the provisions for techno-legal measures to ensure "digital implementation".
