Info Edge appoints new CFO, independent director

Info Edge, parent of Naukri, appointed Himanshu Agarwal as CFO effective September 17 and Naresh Chand Gupta as independent director from October 1. Ambarish Raghuvanshi will step down as interim CFO on September 16 and will serve as finance advisor till October 31. The leadership changes aim to strengthen financial and leadership capabilities.
